El Covid-19 ha llegado para poner a prueba casi todo lo que teníamos por hecho: productividades, mejoras, trabajo en equipo, Sales & Operation Planning, sistemas de planeamiento, mapeos logísticos, estimaciones de demanda, etc, etc. Prácticamente nada queda en pie y hay que reinventarlo. Sin embargo e</font><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; text-size-adjust: none;">n este contexto, estamos convencidos que los principios de Lean y TPM, las herramientas aprendidas y practicadas, la revisión de desperdicios y pérdidas, así como la construcción realizada en términos culturales en nuestras organizaciones, es lo que nos permitirá salir del tobogán fortalecidos y no desfallecer en el intento.</span></div><div style="text-size-adjust: none;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; text-size-adjust: none;"><br></span></div><div style="text-size-adjust: none;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; text-size-adjust: none;">El año, sin dudas será de los peores en el recuerdo. Siguen varias estimaciones: </span></div><div style="text-size-adjust: none;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; text-size-adjust: none;"><div style="text-size-adjust: none;">- La pandemia golpeará el crecimiento global de 2020 en más de tres puntos porcentuales y el impacto negativo del Covid-19 se arrastrará hasta 2021.</div><div style="text-size-adjust: none;">- La mayoría de los economistas continúan viendo una recesión global que dura dos trimestres. </div><div style="text-size-adjust: none;">- La actividad no se recuperará repentinamente sino que se mantendrá en lento crecimiento por más tiempo,aún una vez recuperada.</div><div style="text-size-adjust: none;">- Se espera que la Unión Europea sea la región que sufra el mayor daño económico, seguido por América Latina y América del Norte, debido a la debilidad de los sistemas de salud y una respuesta lenta al brote, respectivamente.</div><div style="text-size-adjust: none;">- No hay consenso sobre si la recesión se convertirá en una crisis financiera más amplia. Por un lado, el gran estímulo que se espera de los bancos centrales y la situación de los bancos mejor capitalizados en comparación con otras crisis financieras son loas noticias positivas. Queridos Amigos y Clientes,
Qué momentos nos tocan!, verdad? El Covid-19 ha llegado para poner a prueba casi todo lo que teníamos por hecho: productividades, mejoras, trabajo en equipo, Sales & Operation Planning, sistemas de planeamiento, mapeos logísticos, estimaciones de demanda, etc, etc. Prácticamente nada queda en pie y hay que reinventarlo. Sin embargo en este contexto, estamos convencidos que los principios de Lean y TPM, las herramientas aprendidas y practicadas, la revisión de desperdicios y pérdidas, así como la construcción realizada en términos culturales en nuestras organizaciones, es lo que nos permitirá salir del tobogán fortalecidos y no desfallecer en el intento.
El año, sin dudas será de los peores en el recuerdo. Siguen varias estimaciones: - La pandemia golpeará el crecimiento global de 2020 en más de tres puntos porcentuales y el impacto negativo del Covid-19 se arrastrará hasta 2021.- La mayoría de los economistas continúan viendo una recesión global que dura dos trimestres. - La actividad no se recuperará repentinamente sino que se mantendrá en lento crecimiento por más tiempo,aún una vez recuperada.- Se espera que la Unión Europea sea la región que sufra el mayor daño económico, seguido por América Latina y América del Norte, debido a la debilidad de los sistemas de salud y una respuesta lenta al brote, respectivamente.- No hay consenso sobre si la recesión se convertirá en una crisis financiera más amplia. Por un lado, el gran estímulo que se espera de los bancos centrales y la situación de los bancos mejor capitalizados en comparación con otras crisis financieras son loas noticias positivas. Sin embargo, altísimos niveles de deuda corporativa son un factor de riesgo clave que podría desencadenar una crisis más amplia.
Será esencial trabajar más que nunca en las transformaciones de las empresas, buscando sistemas de mejora de la competitividad y la innovación!
